Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, development teams, and clients.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and monitoring.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Project planning and execution.
• Risk and stakeholder management.
• Team coordination and leadership.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing application development or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud projects (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Mandatory Criteria:

• 9+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder and team management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
