Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager IT Service Management (ITSM) to lead and deliver high-impact IT projects aligned with ITIL best practices. The role demands strong ownership of end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ITSM process governance.

Hands-on experience driving ServiceNow / ITSM implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellencethis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ITSM project delivery from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
• Drive ITIL process implementation Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB
• Govern ITSM frameworks and ensure adherence to ITIL standards
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Operations, Vendors, and Business Stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Provide clear project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across ITSM processes
