Experience: 2+ years in Project Management & ITSM
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / related field
Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL (preferred)
Skills: Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact projects
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools
