Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion of branches all over Kerala.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams,  to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Autocad software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-22 years of experience in civil project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autocad software for creating detailed designs and drawings.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial buildings.
• Experience in managing Multiple projects at a time.
