About this role
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control electrical projects within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submittals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Review contractor/vendor performance and coordinate resolution of site issues.
- Manage project budgets, variations, material consumption, and cost control.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, fire & safety, and other project disciplines.
- Conduct project meetings and track action items to closure.
- Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Support client inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
