Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) domain knowledge.
- Experience working with DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance company is an added advantage.
