About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Civil Construction to lead and manage the execution of major building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Project Experience

The successful candidate should have proven experience in managing one or more of the following:

Residential Buildings & Apartment Complexes
High-Rise Buildings & Towers
Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities
Schools & Educational Institutions
Villas & Luxury Residential Projects
Commercial Buildings & Mixed-Use Developments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and mobilization to completion and handover.
• Lead construction teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage client, consultant, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure timely project completion, successful handover, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Proven experience in a senior project management or construction management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project planning software is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple construction activities effectively.

• Contract Duration: 2 years.

• Vacation: Once a year after completion of 12 months.
• Salary: Up to USD 2,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
