Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership Ownership: Lead EV Energy and Charging software architecture (High voltage Energy power management, Charging System functions).
• Act as technical escalation point.
• Project Delivery Management: Own end-to-end delivery from India.
• Manage resources, milestones, and global coordination.
• People Management: Lead and develop 5~10 engineers.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and hiring.
• Process, Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
• Drive Agile / SAFe execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience: 7~10 years total experience.

Technical Skills

• Embedded C/C++, MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, RTOS, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
• EV Domain: Powertrain Application SW development preferably EV Domain.

Leadership Competencies

• Good technical depth, global collaboration skills, mentoring mindset, and experience working in matrixed organizations.
