About this role
Responsibilities:
- Own execution end-to-end from client kickoff to the moment our AI platform is running smoothly in an environment we cannot SSH into.
- Bring people together. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, design partners, and leadership.
- You naturally unify cross-functional teams over whom you have no direct authority.
- Translate reality. Join customer calls, hear the problem first-hand, and translate enterprise pain points into actionable, prioritized engineering sprints.
- Make real calls: what we prioritize today, what we push to next week, what process we adopt, and what bureaucratic nonsense we delete.
- Do whatever it takes. If a release is blocked, you find a way around it. If documentation is missing, you write it. We all do almost everything around here.
Requirements:
- Must have: 3-4 years driving complex projects. You've shipped software people actually used. Side hustles and unconventional career paths count if the execution was real.
- A true startup mindset. You know what it means to build the plane while flying it. You run toward fires.
- Technical fluency. You aren't just memorizing buzzwords.
- You genuinely understand AI and modern software architecture enough to challenge engineering estimates and product scopes.
- A natural unifier. You bring out the best in teams, resolving conflicts with evidence and momentum rather than pulling rank.
- You can write. A clear project brief and clear thinking are the same skill.
- Deep passion for impact. You care deeply about the final product and the value it delivers to the user.
Nice to have:
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, security, or infrastructure-heavy products.
- You've navigated enterprise procurement or managed implementations in highly regulated environments (banks, government, etc. ).
- You've been early somewhere before and know what that actually costs.
