Job Summary

Coforge is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management, team coordination, risk management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, Testing, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track project progress using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Handle escalation management and ensure issue resolution
