As a Project Manager candidate responsible for solutioning and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently

• Lead delivery of complex projects/programmes aligned to scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to governance, methodologies, and best practices.

• Define detailed plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and interdependencies.
• Manage execution across multiple workstreams.

• Act as the central point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.

• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Manage escalations and implement corrective actions.

• Manage budgets, track performance, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure profitability, efficiency, and successful delivery outcomes.

• Maintain high-quality reporting across projects and portfolios.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with leadership expectations.

• Drive improvements in processes, tools, and delivery models.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

• Lead delivery teams with accountability for performance, quality, and outcomes.

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects end-to-end in a matrix environment.

• Knowledge of service lines or previous experience in HRP, A&T, or GEM (asset).
