Project Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a Project & Delivery Manager who takes ownership of projects from planning through completion and makes sure teams actually deliver. You'll coordinate our repair, distribution, and e-commerce teams, along with external vendors and partners, to keep projects on track. A project isn't done because someone says it's finished it's done when the result is tested, documented, accepted, and working.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Break projects into clear tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate internal teams (repair, distribution, e-commerce), external vendors, and management.
• Run regular project meetings and maintain project boards (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Track deadlines and dependencies; identify and follow up on blockers early.
• Maintain project documentation, change requests, and decision logs.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance before marking work complete.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Support issue resolution after launch or rollout.
• Act as the main point of contact for new vendor and brand partnership projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in project or delivery management.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Comfortable working across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English (Greek is a plus).
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project-tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Nice to Have

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Background in electronics, telecom, retail, or logistics.
• Experience with vendor or partner management.
