Planning and Scope:
Define project goals and scope: Clearly outline the projects objectives, deliverables,
and boundaries.
Develop a project plan: Break down the project into manageable tasks, create a

strategies.
Execution and Monitoring:
Assign tasks and manage team: Delegate tasks to team members, track progress,

Communication and collaboration: Ensure clear communication between

Monitor progress and address issues: Track project progress against the plan,
identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Closure:
