Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Turnkey and Product/Equipment-Only projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives. These may involve equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non-turnkey project scopes.
• Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies. May include contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills.
• Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate awareness of how your work and your team s output align with and support broader organizational goals.
• Exercise a moderate level of decision-making autonomy within established frameworks. Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff. In customer-facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GE HealthCare. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Civil Engineer/ MEP/Electrical with over 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or commercial interior fit-out works.

Desired Characteristics:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to plan, document, promote, and execute programs effectively.
• Open for travelling profile within assigned region.
