Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.

Job Requirements :

- PMP certification or equivalent experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps tools for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on CSM (Customer Success Management) initiatives.
