Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end QA and test automation projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA solutions with customer goals and expectations
• Track, analyze, and report on key project metrics including profitability, quality, and risk
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure high-quality, bug-free implementations
• Provide expert guidance on QA practices and the use of automation frameworks
• Implement and refine processes to enhance team performance and solution delivery
