Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP projects, including implementation, rollout, upgrades, migrations, support, and enhancement engagements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants across Oracle applications.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements, define solution scope and ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and client discussions.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage change requests, project documentation, and project reporting.
• Track resource utilization and coordinate with internal teams for project staffing.
• Drive effective communication among stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementation or support projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle applications such as:
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
