Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and reporting for Qatar Airways. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing dependencies, risks, and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme/project plans and schedules.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Monitor budget, project costs, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project workstreams.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Escalate critical risks, issues, delays, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones and project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Programme Manager in complex projects.
• Strong experience in planning, scheduling, milestone/dependency tracking, cost management, risk management, and project reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a structured enterprise/project governance environment preferred.
