Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Supervise and coordinate with the interior design team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress according to plan.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, review workmanship, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Anticipate potential project delays or challenges and proactively address them to keep the project on track.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and meeting notes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles & materials processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and work with suppliers and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge about Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up or other design software is a plus.Role & responsibilities
