Technical Project Manager

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, business, and client teams.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand APIs, integrations, applications, cloud/infrastructure, and system dependencies.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management updates.
• Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, handover, and project closure.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Technical Project Management.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple teams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Preferred

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or digital transformation projects.
