Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects (CPWD, State/Central Govt.).
  
• Liaise with government engineers and site project engineers.
  
• Ensure compliance with legal and technical tender conditions.
  
• Oversee site activities via engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
  
• Ensure adherence to civil construction codes, documentation & standards.
  
• Manage execution and billing as per tender and departmental procedures (CPWD/State Govt.).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in CPWD or government civil works.
  
• Strong understanding of govt. construction norms, contracts & procedures.
  
• Familiar with government execution and billing processes based on tender documents.
  
• Proven ability to coordinate with public sector departments.
  
• Knowledge of standard civil engineering practices and documentation.
  
• Willing to relocate and work across Karnataka
