- Proven experience delivering projects within technology and/or business change environments.
- Good understanding of core project management disciplines (planning, risk, issues, dependencies).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organised under pressure.
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and adapting plans as things change.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a wider delivery team.
- Familiarity with common project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira).
- Experience within Financial Services.
- Exposure to the Funds industry.
- Experience supporting onboarding, migration or integration projects.
