Project Manager / Site Supervisor Retail Interior

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor retail interior projects from start to completion.
• Manage site supervisors, contractors, workers, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, procurement, factory, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and productivity.
• Verify measurements, work quantities, and completed work.
• Ensure work quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
• Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
• Maintain regular project reports and update senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety procedures.
• Handle contractor/vendor coordination and follow up on pending work.
• Escalate major project, quality, cost, or timeline issues to management.
