• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks effectively
• Capital cost estimation and tracking (budget vs actual)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Ability to prepare and present project status reports to leadership teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Cross-functional coordination
