Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient execution
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent scope creep or delays
• Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders, clients, and upper management
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration and project alignment
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Technology Industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (JIRA, DevOps, dashboards)
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
