About this role
- Mivan / Aluform Management: Oversee the entire Mivan cycle, including erection, striking, cleaning, and repairing of aluminum formwork for walls, slabs, and columns.
- Site Execution & Planning: Manage daily site activities, labor allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality, fast-track construction.
- Structural Supervision: Supervise reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, and final handover to the client.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure strict adherence to GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, tolerances, quality checks (QC), and safety compliance.
- Technical Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues or drawing conflicts.
- Formwork Experience: Conventional shuttering experience is also required.
- Highrise building Construction Experience is must
