Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate projects from Sales handover to final execution.

2. Coordinate GA, Anchor Bolt, and Fabrication drawings and obtain timely approvals.

3. Monitor project progress across Design, Production, Dispatch, and Site activities.

4. Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.

5. Coordinate site readiness, dispatch schedules, material delivery, and erection activities.

6. Track project payments and coordinate with the Accounts team for billing and reconciliation.

7. Maintain project documentation, approvals, reports, and proper version control.

8. Lead and manage Project Coordinators and support team members.

9. Conduct regular team reviews, provide training, and monitor project KPIs.

10. Coordinate between Sales, Design, Production, Dispatch, and clients to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of PEB project lifecycle and technical drawings.

Excellent project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination skills.

Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.

Strong commercial awareness, follow-up, and payment coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, MIS, project tracking, documentation, and basic AutoCAD.
