Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor activity levels, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building construction projects.
