Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor all landlord scope activities for assigned construction and fit-out projects.

Coordinate with landlords, property management teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain records of landlord deliverables, timelines, approvals, and pending actions.

Monitor progress of landlord works such as electrical provisions, civil works, faade works, and common area readiness.

• Ensure landlord handover conditions are completed as per lease agreements and project requirements.
• Prepare status reports, trackers, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and escalation reports for project teams.

Identify delays or risks in landlord scope and escalate issues proactively.

• Support project managers in coordinating site readiness and possession timelines.

Assist in documentation related to snag closures, defect rectification, and final handovers.

Maintain project coordination logs and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.

Participate in site visits and coordination meetings as required.

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in construction coordination, fit-out projects, or project tracking

Understanding of commercial construction and landlord-tenant coordination processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
