Project: FilSTEMS
Location: Hyderabad (Head Office) - PAN India Coverage

Salary: 6 - 12 LPA (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
(i) Business Development Sales
Identify and convert leads from greenfield, brownfield, and existing facility upgrades
Manage end-to-end project sales cycles, from lead generation to order closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions
(ii) Project Execution
Plan and manage project timelines and resources
Ensure timely IQ, OQ, PQ execution and system handover
(iii) Revenue Receivables Management
Achieve revenue targets and follow up on receivables
(iv) Team Building Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead project teams
(v) Client Relationship Support
Maintain client relationships, manage escalations, and drive repeat business
Key Skills:
Technical acumen and solution-oriented sales approach
Project management expertise
Pharma/biopharma client handling
Strong leadership and communication skills
Frequent travel across India as per project requirements
Education:
- E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Biotech / Instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Operations (preferred)
Experience:
6-12 years in project sales or management within pharma/bioprocess sectors
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
