Project Manager

• Plan, execute and monitor aluminium doors & windows, curtain wall, glazing and faade projects from start to completion.
• Manage project timelines, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, production, procurement and installation teams.
• Monitor fabrication, dispatch and site installation activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, quality standards and budgets.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely decision-making.
• Monitor project progress and submit regular reports to management.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing and project handover.
• Maintain strong control over project costs and minimize material/site wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures at project sites.
