Project Manager

IT Project Manager - Immediate Joiners Preferred - Bengaluru

seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in IT Infrastructure, Audio-Visual (AV) systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Background Music (BGM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience leading end-to-end infrastructure projects, managing cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and execution timelines across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT Passive Infrastructure, AV, CCTV, BGM, and ACS deployments across multiple locations.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, execution, and successful commissioning of infrastructure projects and payments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Design, IT, Operations, Procurement, and external consultants/vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Drive project governance through regular reviews, progress tracking, reporting, and issue resolution to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Oversee preparation and validation of technical documentation, BOQs/LOMs, layouts, schematics, and project implementation plans.
• Coordinate vendor management activities including RFQs, technical evaluations, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and organizational processes during project execution.
• Conduct site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project status reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and site teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and leadership communication regarding project updates, risks, and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing project workflows, execution strategies, and cost efficiencies.
