Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead complex Investment Banking transformation and strategic change programmes end-to-end.
• Own project delivery from business case through implementation and outcomes.
• Drive Front-to-Back transformation across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations and Technology.
• Manage senior stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology & Operations.
• Lead SteerCo, governance, project reporting, risks, resources and decision-making.
• Drive process optimization, technology modernization and operational efficiency.
• Analyse E2E processes and work with Technology teams on strategic solutions.
• Standardize project/change management practices and mentor project teams.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years in Investment Banking consulting / transformation / change programmes.
• Strong understanding of Investment Banking, Equities, Fixed Income & Derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle – execution to settlement and Front-to-Back processes.
• Experience in E2E transformation / architecture overhaul across business and technology.
• Exposure to Broadridge / Summit / Kondor+ and Bloomberg / Refinitiv / ICE Data Services.
• Experience in STP, platform modernization and vendor management.
• Strong programme/project management and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across Agile & Waterfall methodologies; JIRA preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments.
