Project Manager

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools and equipment.Plan coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities Role & responsibilities Manage site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and project schedule

Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams

Supervise and guide Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and workmen.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety and quality issues Take corrective actions wherever project performance is below target.
