• Leverage a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development and database experience to guide the technical aspects of projects.

• Foster team growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring talent.
• Manage, motivate, and guide development teams, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Client-Facing Communication:

• Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions with US and European clients.

Account Management:

• Utilize account management abilities to identify opportunities for business growth within client accounts.

Presentation and Data Skills:

Required Skill Sets:Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/IT/Technology-related field.
• Minimum six years of hands-on development experience.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.

Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks.
• Proficiency in PHP Laravel.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-facing communication experience.

Agile and Project Management:

• Experience with JIRA and Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM).
• Proven ability to manage and lead project teams.
