Key Deliverables:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and custom SaaS projects within defined scope and timeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful platform implementation and API integration.
- Track, report, and manage project milestones, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure thorough documentation and client support during UAT and post-go-live stages.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, technical feasibility, and resource allocation by collaborating with all stakeholders.
- Provide platform demos and hands-on assistance to clients for API and panel usage.
- Maintain detailed project plans, track delivery status, and escalate issues proactively.
