Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project operations from mobilization to closeout, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Oversee site management, rope access, scaffolding, and service delivery management.
  
• Develop and implement effective operational plans, including logistics, procurement, and labor management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in business operations or related field (wind energy preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  
• Excellent people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
