Project Manager - USA - Corporate Interiors

Designation: Project Manager/ Sr. Manager Projects

Own end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across sites. You will drive timelines, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with design intent, budget, and timelines.

Job Description-

• Manage day-to-day on-site execution of interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with designers, General Contractors (GCs), vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure execution aligns with design drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards
• Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery
• Track project timelines, costs, and progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify and onboard appropriate General Contractors (GCs) for project execution
• Evaluate multiple quotations, define scope of work, and negotiate commercial terms
• Manage vendor relationships, address concerns, and ensure smooth coordination
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, furniture, tools, and resources
• Collaborate with logistics teams to track and manage deliveries from production to site
• Monitor site progress, proactively identify risks, and drive issue resolution
• Handle escalations as per the defined escalation matrix
• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and key milestones
• Conduct site meetings, client reviews, and lead daily/weekly scrums
• Provide guidance and direction to on-site teams and workers to ensure smooth execution
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
