About this role
- Lead and manage end-to-end telecom projects from initiation to closure
- Own project planning, execution, cutover, closure, and customer acceptance
- Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
- Drive MOP planning, execution, and cutover management
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure on-time delivery with SLA adherence and quality standards
- Manage multi-vendor teams (OEMs, partners, field teams, customers)
- Handle stakeholder communication, escalations, and conflict resolution
- Manage parallel workstreams, multi-site and PAN-India deployments
- Provide regular status reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
Experience (Mandatory)
- 10+ years overall experience, with at least 7 years in Telecom / Network / Infrastructure projects
- Proven experience as Project Manager / Project Lead managing projects valued at 5 Cr+
- Strong end-to-end telecom project execution ownership
Certification (Mandatory)
- PMP Certification - Must
- ITIL Certification - Good to have
