About this role
- Lead and manage end-to-end analytics and data-driven projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, BI, QA, DevOps, and Business) to understand project requirements and technical dependencies
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Review and validate functional, technical, and design documents
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues, and manage escalations proactively
- Oversee quality assurance activities, including test strategies, test plans, and defect management
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and budget with regular status reporting
- Manage client communication, expectations, and governance forums effectively
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams and support onsite engagements as required
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to improve delivery efficiency
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with organisational and strategic objectives
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management with strong exposure to analytics projects
- Experience managing client-facing consulting engagements involving requirement discovery, solution design workshops, stakeholder alignment, and executive governance
- Experience managing projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, data analytics, enterprise data platforms, digital transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives
- Experience presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Mandatory experience managing analytics, BI, data engineering, or digital transformation projects
- Strong technical understanding of analytics ecosystems (BI platforms, data pipelines, reporting, dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban or hybrid delivery models
- Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
