Project Manager - Sustainability

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Sustainability Insights track within the Frontline Enablement & Commercialization pillar of our CIB Transformation group. In this role, you will deliver standard project management governance and drive strategic transformation initiatives that commercialize sustainability insights for corporate and institutional banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end PM activities, governance frameworks, and core deliverables aligned with CIB Transformation standards.
• Drive the Sustainability Insights workstream to enable frontline commercialization and client engagement.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business leads, sustainability specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing business transformation programs within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).
• Exposure to ESG, sustainability frameworks, or frontline enablement/commercialization projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and change delivery.
