Role:
Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives & Business Transformation (Real Estate).
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 30 LPA
Requisite:
- Project Management & Business Transformation professional with experience in PMO governance, digital transformation, process optimization, stakeholder management, and business-technology alignment to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Applicants with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, or IT Consulting.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working on digital transformation, process optimization, automation, or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and coordinate with technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Exposure to Agile, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, or PMO practices is preferred.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage.
