Project Manager - Solar EPC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
• Plan project schedule, manpower, materials and site execution.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Supervise solar module, structure, inverter, AC/DC, cabling, earthing and electrical installation.
• Ensure project completion within Time, Cost, Quality & Safety targets.
• Handle testing, commissioning, DISCOM/CEI coordination and project handover.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption and site quality.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and MIS.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in any specialization.
• Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in Solar Rooftop Installation, Solar PV Project Design, and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects, including site execution and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Electrical Systems and EPC execution.
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
