Project Manager (Solar EPC Project)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Solar EPC projects from kick-off to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Solar EPC project execution, planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
- Support commissioning, project handover and contract management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Solar EPC project management, preferably in utility-scale or C&I projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, risk management and commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or project management certification is an added advantage.
