We are hiring Project Manager and Site Supervisor

Project Manager Construction
Experience: 812 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall execution of multiple real estate/construction projects.
• Handle 2 to 3 sites simultaneously and monitor project progress.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor civil, structural, finishing and MEP activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor BOQ, measurements, billing, material consumption and project costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in real estate/construction project execution.
• Experience handling multiple sites is preferred.

2. Site Supervisor Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and Site Engineers.
• Monitor manpower, materials and work progress.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Check quality of civil, finishing and other construction work.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Identify and report delays, technical issues and material requirements.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for timely completion of activities.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in real estate/construction contracting.
• Good knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
• Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.

Salary: 8 to 10 LPA, depending on experience
