Position Name: Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing software product development and cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, Scrum Master responsibilities, workforce planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong project execution capabilities, and hands-on expertise with Jira and AI-powered project management tools.
EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle including requirement gathering, feature planning, testing, release, and post-release analysis.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple teams and resolve dependencies and project bottlenecks.
- Create project plans, milestones, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge on project management, workforce planning & team management is mandatory.
- Should have strong knowledge on technologies and tech stacks for breaking the stories into bits and pieces for proper planning and distribution of stories among the workforce.
- Measure the productivity of the entire product team for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the entire PLCM including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, release notes, and product documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis in HR Tech, SaaS, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, Remove blockers and improve team productivity.
- Create project plans, milestones, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps.
- Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans to lead multiple software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders & manage customer expectations and communication.

- Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and ensuring seamless project execution across cross-functional teams.
- Optimizing workforce planning, team capacity, and resource allocation to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Leveraging Jira dashboards and Agile metrics to monitor project health, improve productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Exploring and adopting AI-powered tools to streamline project planning, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Solving complex delivery challenges while balancing quality, timelines, and business priorities.
- Playing a key role in scaling project management practices within a rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS organization.
