Project Manager/Scrum Master

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Project Management methodologies.Experience managing software development and digital transformation projects.Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in risk management, change management, and project planning.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5 to 8 years of experience in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering Agile best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to define and prioritize project requirements.
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum framework, and organizational governance standards.
• Monitor team performance and productivity through Agile metrics and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders as required.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
