About this role
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager: Salesforce, you will lead a project team in delivering Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring that the project is completed according to the project charter or contract. You will hold overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage Project Plan: Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, including both IBM and client employees and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Coordinate and manage the various stakeholders to deliver a successful Salesforce.com solution, requiring strong leadership, organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
- Lead Project Team: Lead a project team to ensure the project is completed according to the project charter or contract, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Oversee Budget and Schedule: Oversee the project budget and schedule, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure Solution Delivery: Ensure that the Salesforce.com solution is delivered according to the project charter or contract, meeting the client's requirements and expectations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Salesforce Project Management: Experience with managing Salesforce.com projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Project Planning and Coordination: Experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing requirements for multiple stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience with coordinating and managing various stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce.com solutions, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Budget and Schedule Oversight: Experience in overseeing project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Solution Delivery Management: Experience in ensuring that Salesforce.com solutions are delivered according to project charters or contracts, meeting client requirements and expectations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Experience with leading project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce.com solutions, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Risk Management Expertise: Experience in managing risks associated with Salesforce.com projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Salesforce Solution Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce.com solutions, including knowledge of their capabilities and limitations, to ensure effective solution delivery and stakeholder management.
