Project Manager - Salesforce

• Manage complex projects, including project planning, execution, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budget, and resource allocation
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery
• Establish project management best practices and standards
• Provide mentorship to team members
