Project Manager (RCM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (RCM level) responsible for end-to-end execution of construction activities for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role involves ensuring timely project completion in line with defined technical standards, cost parameters, and quality benchmarks while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complete project execution as per approved plans and timelines
• Manage and supervise construction activities at site ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards
• Ensure effective planning and implementation of project schedules
• Monitor and control project costs, including installation materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, site execution) for smooth project delivery
• Drive day-to-day site activities, ensuring productivity and efficiency
• Enforce and promote safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards at site
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best construction practices
• Establish and maintain project knowledge management systems
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Track project progress and provide timely and accurate MIS/reporting to management
• Ensure high customer satisfaction index through effective project delivery and communication
